From Sept 2022 all lessons will be arranged through Plymswim(josh@plymswim.co.uk). Fort Stamford Health and Fitness, has a 16.6 metre, 31'C pool, with qualified staff who have previous experience in teaching children to swim. Children are taught to swim or come to us already swimming and are progressed through structured lessons to improve their swimming and water experiences.

Parents, guardians are encouraged to stay on poolside to watch their child receiving quality swim sessions and to be available should any problem arise.
